For custom balloon installations, we require a $400 order minimum. This minimum covers the balloons and design but does not include delivery and installation fees.

Party-To-Go-Garland offer a budget-friendly alternative that still delivers a big POP! These garlands are fully constructed by me and are designed for you to easily hang. I will provide all the necessary items for you to effortlessly display your balloon garland, making it a convenient and stylish choice for any occasion.

When and Where Can I Pick Up My Party-to-Go Garlands?

How Do I Confirm My Event?

All orders are subject to availability. To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable booking fee is required. Once the deposit is received, your event will be officially confirmed.

Need to Cancel Your Order?

If you need to cancel your event, please provide at least a 7-day notice from your event date. Your non-refundable deposit will be held as a credit on your account indefinitely and can be applied to a future event.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event will no longer be eligible for rescheduling, and deposits will remain non-refundable.

What Does Oxidizing Mean?

Oxidizing refers to the process that occurs when balloons, particularly clear ones, are exposed to heat and sunlight. This exposure causes clear balloons to become cloudy quickly. For colored balloons, oxidizing results in a velvety or matte appearance, affecting their original vibrancy.

Can I Leave My Balloons Outside in Direct Sunlight and Expect Them to Last?

No, it is not recommended to leave your balloons in direct sunlight, as this can cause them to pop. Balloons expand in warm temperatures, increasing the risk of bursting. It’s best to keep your balloons shaded until closer to your event start time to help preserve their quality.

How Do I Take Care of My Balloons?

To ensure the longevity of your balloons, keep them away from extremely low or very high temperatures. Balloons thrive at room temperature!

Handle your balloons with care, and it’s best to keep little fingers away from them, as they are not designed to be played with—at least until your pictures have been taken!
